چکیده
Bacillus velezensis is a novel biocontrol species exhibiting several mechanisms in biological control of plant pathogens, including antibiosis, production other types antimicrobials, such as volatile organic compounds, direct competition for nutrients and growth space, induction immunity towards pathogens. The aim this study was to assess the potential IP22, cultivated on optimized medium with glycerol carbon source, vitro suppression phytopathogenic bacteria - Xanthomonas campestris euvesicatoria. Different agents were investigated: overall cultivation broth, containing cells IP22 produced extracellular metabolites, cell-free supernatant obtained by centrifugation broth (10000 rpm, 10 min), which contained only compounds. Furthermore, samples subjected heat treatment whether there thermosensitive compounds present supernatant. Vacuum evaporation performed concentrate order compare effect higher concentration pathogens' growth. results have indicated average inhibition zone diameters 66.00 mm samples, 25.67 supernatants, 10.00 treated supernatants 43.50 concentrated supernatants. Further research should include optimization processes aimed at maximization and/or biosynthesis antimicrobial well their precise identification characterization better understand mechanism(s) activity against spp.
